Refund Policy

Products that are received in damaged, defective, missing or otherwise unusable condition may be eligible for a refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days after receiving your order. Please provide a written claim as to the reasons for your request, along with supporting photographic evidence where applicable, to info@gourmetweddinggifts.com

Please note that refunds will be made on a case by case basis and are not automatic based on the nature of the products we offer.
